Sam Parker, a guide from Florence, Alabama, on the Tennessee River, has a foolproof way to catch fish any day you fish with him on Pickwick Lake. "I charge $375 for a 15-hour trip for two people." |

The
15-hour trip starts at dark the night you arrive at Pickwick Lake in northwest
Alabama on the Tennessee River. You'll smallmouth fish for five hours and
often catch a good mess of smallmouth with a few largemouths mixed in before
bedtime. The next morning you're up at daylight fishing the head of Seven
Mile Island and the rocks along the old barge canal or wherever else Parker
has found smallmouth. That afternoon you can continue to fish for smallmouth
and largemouth. Or, if you prefer, you can go to the base of Wilson Dam
and catch saltwater stripers. |

"My 15-hour trip is the best trip I offer," Parker explained. "During that 15 hours, I can guarantee that we will catch fish. If my customer won't tie my hands and is willing to fish for whatever's biting, we'll be able to catch some kind of fish all day long." |

After
having fished with Parker on one of his 15-hour trips, I can promise you
that Parker can produce one of the greatest fishing trips you've ever been
on in your lifetime. For more information, write Sam Parker at 7731 Doctor
Kennedy Drive, Florence, Al 35634 or call him at (256) 757-7033. Be sure
and ask about his 15-hour night/day combo trip. |
